Return & Refund Policy

At Organic Store we strive to deliver natural products of high quality that will meet your expectations. The Return & Refund Policy assists customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 to 48 hours after delivery
  • The product remains in its original packaging and has not been used

Note: In case some products are not allowed to be returned, and these include for health and safety reasons, unless they are damaged or defective.

📸 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. The customer must contact us through email or phone during the designated time period to start the return process.
  2. The customer needs to provide their order information together with detailed images of the item.
  3. Our team will examine your application and provide feedback to you within one to two business days.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds or replacements will begin after we approve your return request.
  • Refunds are sent back to the same payment method that customers used for their original payment.
  • Your bank or payment provider will determine the time needed to show the refund in your account which will take 5 to 7 business days.

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • We will provide a free replacement for products that are either damaged or not correct.
  • Replacement orders will be processed after verification of the issue through an investigation of the reported problem.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special clearance or sale unless defective

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Organic Store maintains the authority to assess and decide return requests after completing their verification process.
  • The shipping charges which apply to an order become non-refundable except when the customer returns a product because of our mistake.
